On May 18, 2021, the School of Juris Master successfully held the third issue of "Judge's Talk "—Several Issues Concerning the Guarantee System of the Civil Code in the B209 Conference Room of the Scientific Research Building on Xueyuanlu Campus. An in-depth discussion was conducted on the problems encountered in the formulation and implementation of the guarantee system and related judicial interpretations in the Civil Code, aiming to provide useful thinking and reference for the development and improvement of China's guarantee system.

At the beginning of the forum, President Ma Huaide, on behalf of the school, first expressed a warm welcome to Judge Liu Guixiang to participate in the " Judge's Talk " and expressed his gratitude to Judge Liu Guixiang for his long-term support to CUPL. Guarantee system is an important part of the Civil Code. It is of great significance to the development of the socialist market economy, the consolidation of the basic socialist economic system, and the creation of a law-based, market-oriented and international business environment.
